Salon Policies
RESERVATIONS
We recommend booking your appointment prior to your arrival by calling 512-255-5533. Appointments are subject to availability. It is our service standard to cater to every client's needs and desires as much as possible. If you have any special requests, please let our Salon Manager know when booking your appointment.
CAN'T MAKE IT? RUNNING LATE?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Missing an appointment, canceling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $25. When you reserve an appointment with us, we reserve that time and make that time slot exclusively yours. We also suggest arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in. Please check in at our front desk and make yourself comfortable in our front waiting area.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Cash, Personal Checks, and Debit Card and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover). Simply Irresistible requires a credit card to be on file for all new clients in support of our cancellation policy. The credit card will not be charged unless you fail to give 24 hours notice or fail to show up at the time of appointment. You will be notified at the time of the missed appointment of any charges you will be receiving.
GRATUITIES
Tipping is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is 15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. For your convenience you can leave a gratuity on your credit card if so desired. Our Team greatly appreciates your generosity.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds are only given in the form of store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept product returns that have been more than half used, otherwise we will be glad to issue you a store credit. Accessory and Gift items may be returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The client releases all liability of Simply Irresistible and/or any of its employees or contractors should damage occur due to any sort of color correction or chemical process applied to hair or skin. The client understands that the risk of damage done to fine, damaged, previously colored, lightened or chemically treated hair is greater; and that further damage may occur as a result of continued processing. The client will be responsible for any damages or costs to change or treat hair with necessary products or services.
